Butterfly Kisses sentiment is from 'Paper Sweeties'......perfect for my cute little card:-)

OH-BOY........

Hey Everyone,
Another busy week has past......so looking forward to the weekend!

I had so much fun creating this layout for "Stuck on U" Die cut challenge:-)
I'm sure you have guessed the theme...........yes, its Disney.
We would like to see any Die cuts related to Disney

It sure is the "Happiest place in the world".........These photo's were taken in 2011, when I travelled to the USA with a friend. In 2012  I travelled with my husband and children to Canada , to celebrate Christmas with my husbands family..... I could not wait to go via LA  and visit Disney again with the kids!
Hope to scrap those photos soon.

Here I am with some of my favourite characters!!

I used George for the Stars , Mickey and Friends for Mickey, Pluto, Goofy and Mrs Incredible, the words are from Mickey Font

Can't wait to see what you create!

Thank you so much for visiting....... enjoy your weekend

All Dressed Up............

Hey everyone,

Armed with a glue gun, I thought I'd show you what I have been up to today!

I layered the lace at the back to create kind of a ruffle.......

This was made for a friend........she is using it to display at an engagement party.  Some small red roses were added......they worked in with the colour scheme of the party.
The dress form stands about 18 inches high
I found a pretty lace top from an Op shop for the dress.........at the time it did seem a shame to cut it up but I love it as a dress !  A lace doily for the bottom frill. I pulled apart some hair clips for the flowers at the bottom, gorgeous rosette trim around the waist and neck line. Lots more pearls, ribbon and tulle:)

What a fun day........

The Shabby Tea Room # 175.......Romantic

Hello,
Time for a new challenge over at The Shabby Tea Room.
Look at this gorgeous photo Debbie has chosen for inspiration........she would like you to add Pearls, Lace and Flowers to your creation.

"My Time Made Easy" is our sponsor this week - I have use the
'Fanciful Flower'card template.
I was inspired by the Beautiful spray of flowers down the side of the dress form, so I cut my card in a soft shade of pink. I then glued pink lace to the  large centre flower, layering another flower then finishing with a pretty flower that I cut from a  piece of  lace material.

The sentiment is from 'Paper Sweeties'.....Where Flowers Bloom so does Hope.
Perfect for this card I thought!

I can't wait to see what you create!
The sun is shining its a Beautiful day..........I'm off to enjoy it!
Thanks visiting

Happy Creating

Stuck on U Sketches.........Die cuts

Hi there.........can you believe its Friday already? This week has gone too quick for me......always so much to do and not enough hours in the day! In between crafting I've been painting my sons bedroom.....I'm just about finished, which is great.
So I'm back to show you my layout for "Stuck on U Sketches " Die cuts.........Its a real easy challenge, this time around! We would like to see your "Die cut" Flourish.

Here is what I came up with........

I don't have many photos of my husband and I all dressed up together, this was taken recently at a wedding at Sanctuary Cove. How nice is the water in the background.
If you are reading this Jane.......Love our dress!

Art Philosophy cricut cartridge was used to cut the flourish. My papers are a mixture of Kaiser, a little cluster of flowers, some rubons( I have so many of these..trying to use them up!) Chip board buttlerflies....can you see my tiny heart buttons.....I had to add them in some where!

I hope you can join us.........I look forward to seeing your creation with a Flourish!

Thanks for stopping by

The Shabby Tea Room #174

Hey There,
Welcome to a new week and a new challenge over at "The Shabby Tea Room"
Its my turn to play creative host..........I have chosen the  theme

"CHERRY PIE"
along with this photo of a cute  little shabby kitchen for inspiration.

I would like you to create a card/project using the colours Red White and Aqua, add twine or Burlap.

I had no idea what I was going to create when I chose the photo! Then I decided, why not go with the theme "Cherry Pie" .......so here is my Pie shaped card!

I used "From My Kitchen" cricut cartridge for the pie shape.....welding two images together on my Gypsy to make the card. Janets digital papers are sponsoring this challenge..........how perfect is thecooking card image ! Love how her hands are all covered in pastry!  'Paper Sweeties' have the best stamps .......Sweetie Pie and the gingham frame are from there.

Look forward to seeing what you create!
Make sure you take a peek at the  Shabby Girls pretty creations.

The Shabby Tea Room #173

"Glorious Flowers" #173
Look at this absolutely Beautiful  photo Rebecca has chosen for this weeks inspiration in
The Shabby Tea Room.......what a gorgeous colour palette!

Rebecca asks that you use colours in the photo to create a card/project -
 include Flowers, Ribbon and Newsprint.

I have used pretty 'Pion Papers'. The stamped silhouette image is from 'Paper Sweeties' - live laugh love collection. Paper Sweeties is our sponsor for this challenge.
I stamped the image on embossed paper..........I wanted it to look like the couple where hiding behind the vines. 'Art philosophy' was used to cut the scallop frame. I used an old earing for the centre of the flower...the colour was perfect, love how it is raised up too.

The Shabby Girls have some Beautiful creations to show you.....
