I'm back today to tell you about a new Challenge Blog!
Rhonda of Scrap Happens with Rhonda and Amy of Love to Crop have teamed up to start a new challenge blog... Decorate to Celebrate. The blog officially starts TODAY!
Its all about Decorations to Celebrate an occasion.............Cakes, Banners, Boxes, Flower Bouquets etc.
I am sooooooooo excited because............. Rhonda and Amy have asked me to be a GUEST designer for their first challenge. The theme is "Fathers Day".............In America Fathers Day is in June and in Australia its in September, its not a celebration I normally decorate for! So with this in mind............I decided to make something to celebrate my husband , being the best dad..... year round!
Here it is.............. I have to tell you the hardest part of this project was getting the kids to co-operate for the photo's!!! ha ha ha.
These cubes are "Kaiser" and are 4 inches square. I painted the edges white , then used double sided tape to adhere the paper.
This little envelope I cut using the cricut.......its to write a special message.
Here is another way you could stack them.
And here is a few close ups.
This big Heart and the letter U are on the top cube........
I really had a lot of fun making these photo cubes!
I just want to say a BIG thank you to Rhonda and Amy for inviting me to be their guest, please head over to their Blog - Decorate to Celebate and be inspired by all the fabulous creations. The challenge will run every second Wednesday, lots of time to get creative, so head over there and join in the fun!
I have also linked this project at PAPER ISSUE'S - anything to do with guys.......cards , layouts, altered items etc.
See You Soon...........have a fabulous week , thank you so much for stopping by
Tracey
