Hello and welcome.......I'm a little behind in posting DT projects.
First up.... The shabby Tea Room,
Peaches and Cream is the title of the new challenge
along with this gorgeous photo for inspiration.
The design team chose digital files to work with from Crafty Secrets.....they are ours sponsors for this challenge.
I was inspired by the lace and butterfly wings ...I chose a sweet little vintage fairy. I colored her with chalk. The sentiment and papers are also from Crafty Secrets.
A couple posts ago, I showed you a mini easel card box......they are just so so cute I had to make another one!
Winner Prize is $20 in choice digital files
2nd place prize of $10 each in choice digital files
2nd place prize of $10 each in choice digital files
3rd place prize of $10 each in choice digital files
Be sure to visit TSTR.......the DT has gorgeous creations to show you.
.................
You have the choice to follow the sketch or colour inspiration or combine both....cards, layout or off the page projects.
I had fun creating a layout , combining the colour inspiration and sketch.
Love these photos of my daughter and her friends at a colour run. By the end of the night all the colours had mixed and she looked like an 'Avatar' .....it was so funny. I think for a couple weeks after she had pale lilac hair! She was not impressed...I thought it looked pretty!
How cool are the paint cans and brushes! I used Cricut Handyman cartridge to cut them out, Martha Stewart All Occasions cake art was used to cut the banner.
I look forward to seeing what you create!
That it from me.......now its time to visit you.
I appreciate all your kind comments....thank you
Happy Crafting

Love the card Tracey!
ReplyDeleteYou have been busy! That layout is so cool! My sister in law is doing one of those color runs this winter. I'm thinking of inviting myself ...it will be more like a fast paced walk with her group which is right up my alley...I have to remember this layout. Going to pin it as soon as I finish here. ;). The card...so sweet... You have perfected that shabby chic look. I just love it!
ReplyDeleteHI Tracey! Love the card, so very sweet.. and love your fun take on the sketch boards challenge this month.. those paint cans look amazing! so real! And thanks for your message on my blog.. you would know exactly how I feel having had your doggie for 14 years too.. They really are a part of your day and your life and it is so strange when they are not there.. a part of me is missing.. but I will get there.. we do have another little doggie who now is getting extremely spoilt by sleeping in Nishas room at night and staying inside nearly all day.. but we can see she is pining a bit too... I hope the rest of your week goes well...

Tracey, your creations always inspire my sappy little heart! Your shabby card is so beautiful. What stunning papers and images your sponsor has, especially when used so gorgeously by you. :o) I love that you made another of those sweet easel boxes... I can imagine the joy in the recipient's heart! As for your LO, it is spectacular as always. The colors are dreamy and I adore the little paintbrush cut! Such a fun story to accompany the preserved memory. Beautiful projects, my friend. Have a sparkly night. :o)
