I did add one extra item........thats the paper below. I cut a strip, sewed down the center, then pulled the threads to gather it up.
Ta da! Here's my Bra.........I'm quite happy with the end result. I think the colors came together OK.
The flowers were punched out with the left over paper.
Now I take my finished Bra back to the Kaiser store, it will be on display with a heap of others. At the end of the month they will be judged, the person who wins gets a voucher to spend in the shop!
So what do you think of my Bra? I need to give it a name........any ideas?
Hope you are having a great weekend.......
Tracey
Mum, I LOVE this!! Very cool!! I love the colour! And the flowers are perfect! Also the way you tied the ribbon into a cancer pink ribbon!! GREAT!

Ditto to everything Tori said. I would have been very stuck, How about "double bling" or the bling bling bras

Alyssa
What a neat idea. Who would have guessed you could make something so cool with those two plain circles. Great job!
ReplyDeleteGeorgiana : )
P.S. Sorry...not too good with names!
This is an adorable bra - and what a fun way to raise money for BCR. I love what you did with the mis-matched pieces, especially the "lacy" strips along the top. What a clever idea with the "cancer" pink ribbons. Looove it.
ReplyDeleteTracey,
ReplyDeleteSo cute....I am not good with names. How about "Pretty In Pink" -- Double Pink Delight --
Did you get my family Web Page..... Hope you enjoyed it. It had 6 pages and music on each one.

ReplyDeleteHow fun.
ReplyDeleteYour bra is very glamous.
What a hilarious idea - but SUCH a fantastic way to raise awareness and funds. I LOVE it!! You've done such a wonderful job with your bra too. Best of luck in the competition.
ReplyDeleteThe only name I can think of is "Full Support" - double meaning with the support of a bra combined with support of the cause. I like the other suggestions better though!
Great job on this project. What a wonderful way to raise funds and awareness!
