I hope you like my card Shelley........pearls, flower, doilies, just a few of my favourite things!
The rose paper on the doily was cut using "Lacy Labels". The paper is "English Rose" by Kaiser. I used a rubon on the button, it was white to start with , I thought it was too bright so I coloured over it with a copic marker...It looks more antique now.
Now to update you on our second hand shopping...........We did find some bargains - My best buy would have to be an "Oroton bag" you wouldn't believe how much.........only $14.95.......Woo Hoo! Lots of pretty doilies and also a set of 6 pretty parfait glasses, the ones with the coloured base. I think they would also pass as a champagne glass, Well, that's what I plan on using them for!
What a great day, we had lots of fun.Maybe I'll have some pics to show you that we took in one of the second hand shops...........we had a little fun dressing up. Has that got you thinking.
