Teacher Appreciation Blog Hop

Hi everyone,
Welcome to the Blog Hop!
I was so excited to be asked by Jen from www.jenscraftcorner.com/ to join her "Teacher Appreciation" blog hop. (This is a first for me)
If you have arrived via  www.sparkledmemories.blogspot.com/ you are in the right place, if not and you would like to start at the beginning please head back to "Jenscraftcorner" .

I have made a card and some little note paper holders to show you.

For my card I stamped the letters on to black card to create a black board look. The lined paper is from one of the kids school books, I used a stampin up punch for the border. The little apples are from Freshly Picked cricut cartridge.

I saw a similar idea for these little note paper holders some where in Blog land. ( I'm sorry I don't remember where) I really liked the idea , and I'm always looking for a  piece of paper to write things down and I thought these would be perfect for your hand bag............ they don't take up much space! So for a cute little Teachers gift I tied a few of them in a bundle with twine........one for every handbag!
Its a great project to use up some of your scrap paper.  Add a pretty border with a punch, a few staples at the bottom to keep the paper in. Stitch around the edges for some extra detail!
Don't look to close at my stitching, I think I need to adjust the tension on my machine! I printed the font out on the computer.

I used Mini Monograms to make the scallop edged note paper, stamping a little daisy in the corner.
Here's a photo of them tied together in a bundle with twine......... So cute!

  6. Very cute. Saw your comment about not being able to always find a piece of paper. I copy and paste pictures of projects and the site from where I found them in word documents. Quick and easy and you don't get writer's cramps.
