Angel.......

Hello,
I'm so surprised with how much free time I have.......so, I'd like to show you a layout I created yesterday.

This is a photo of a friends grand daughter.....I made this layout for her!
I 'd like to share a short (I hope I can make it short) story  about it....below the photos.



Recently my friends mother in law died.....she requested to have her ashes sprinkled on her favourite beach, to be with her husband who had died a few years earlier. Kara was very close to her great grand mother and requested she be a part of the day. She chose this pretty white dress, tiara and requested 'Angel wings'.
In Kara's mind she thought if she was an angel the two grandparents would meet up quicker.
So with a hand full of glitter (which she insisted on), mixed with the ashes she proceeded to sprinkle it over the water.

I found a little Angel in my stash , along with the sentiment....which I thought was  perfect for the day! All the sequins represent the glitter.

    This is so lovely and the story is so sweet, I'm sorry to hear about your and your friends loss. I really like how she wanted her ashes to be sprinkled especially the glitter part she sounds like an amazing lady.

    Hi Tracey, wow, the story behind the photo is so beautiful.. and what a dear child to do it as well.. love the layout, it is soft and pretty and I am sure your friend will love it.. Thanks too for your friendship and I really loved the visit in September when we went to the gardens and took a 'few' photos!! hehe.. I hope next year is a good year for you and your family...
