Hey Everyone......happy Monday to you!
I've been busy over the past few weeks ......I decided to have a clean out of clutter, hmmm took me longer than I thought! Do you ever get tired of the way your home looks? Well, I've been re-arranging furniture too.....after a few trip to the OP shop, things are looking so much better!
Time to show you the new challenge at The Shabby Tea Room #258
Create a card/project inspired by the theme

Loved the sun flowers :) I used 'Walk in My Garden' cricut cartridge to cut them.....with lots of black sequins in the center. The paper is a gorgeous Metalic. It has a real shimmer, which does not show up very well in the photo. The black, white and metalic Amber papers are from Paper Temptress....who is the sponsor for this challenge.
A gift tag too
I stitched vellum to the tag to create a pocket for gold sequins.

On the weekend I up graded my Pc to windows 10.......you would not believe how long it has taken me to find the photos for this post!! Feeling Frustrated :( Well as you can see I found them, by doing a search, but where they are in my pictures folder....who knows? Guess what I'm off to do.

Hi Tracey! It is good to have a de clutter it makes the house feel better! I love the sunflower theme to your card and tag.. And I am not sure I want to upgrade to windows 10 everyone who says they upgraded are not happy with it... I hope you sort out your photos and stuff soon! Have a good week ahead!

This is beautiful! I am always learning new things from your creations... love the sequins in the vellum and that cluster of black sequins in the center of the flower... are those just layered on there or do you have them sunken down?... how did you attach them... what's your favorite adhesive for something like that?... anyway.. Gorgeous!

ReplyDeleteSensational....loooove the sunflowers......as for Windows 10. You've just reinforced my idea NOT to upgrade. I'm sure in the long run it will be the WTG....but man! A new operating system? Freaks me out, the thought of it!!!! Hope you DO find your files SOON:):)
