The card I have to share today I made for the
Create a Coffee/tea or Coco project.
Tea would be my beverage of choice.......I thought this silhouette image from 'Suburbia' cricut cartridge would be perfect!
It was only when I finished the card I realized it needed to be a Fall theme. Then I thought.......Where I live its Sub Tropical, not a lot changes, except the temperature is a little cooler.
My card
The soft blue and cream would have to be my favorite colour combination. I wanted to create a Tea party theme..........love the soft look of the Paper ruffles ! They remind me of layered table linen. Crinkle ribbon a crochet doily and some sparkly leaves complete the scene. ' I'm having a Tea Party' is a stamp from 'Paper Sweeties' one of the sponsors for the hop.
Wow....I can't believe how many awesome entries there are linking up, I think I'm # 610.......maybe lucky last??? Hmmm...I don't think so!
So nice of you to visit
Enjoy your weekend
Tracey

Lisa asked me if you had posted on the Blog Hop and I said I didn't see the card. Somehow I missed the last few on the last tab which were in the 600's. I'm so sorry. But saw it on the Facebook group and had commented there. Your card is beautiful but have not tried that technique myself...I saw a card Lisa did and she probably will be sharing it soon. Still looks like cloth to me...since I don't like sewing anymore maybe I'll try the paper way...really a fabulous card.
ReplyDeleteGorgeous and stunning card.
