catchup

Hello crafty friends,
Another month has flown by..........I thought I would pop in and update my very neglected blog and share with you what has been keeping me busy! I had good intentions on keeping things updated , but then we went on 2 weeks vacation and I'm still not back into any kind of routine!

Last week I felt like making paper flowers to brighten up my home

April Challenge at Sketchy boards is sure to brighten up your day...YELLOW and a fun sketch.
Image may contain: flower, plant and text
I used stamps to create the large circle and a paper doily for the small circle, a sprinkle of sequins and the perfect photos of sun flowers!

The next page is last months challenge that I forgot to share😬We needed to use die cuts....I used my cricut to cut the leaves, title and Crocodile!

These photos are what I've been working on this week!
A few before and after pics of furniture I've been shabbying up.
I've always hated our TV corner unit...what a difference a coat of paint makes. I looks cream in the photo but it is white. The bed has a black wrought iron head board and base...the posts look so much better white. Hmmm..there is not much left in my house that I haven't painted ! Only a couple more things and I should be done(maybe)?

Happy weekend to you

  4. Is it possible it's been 4 months (or more) since I've been here last? I think you need an email sign up so that I can get an email when you post... yup... (I'm sure you love people telling you what you should do...lol! But it is all about me...lol! Both layouts are awesome... love that large "wreath" you created in the first one... so pretty... and the tropical feel and fun pics in the second.. Well, when you run out of things to paint at your house, you should come to my house and start painting... see ... there I go again... so bossy!
