Special day

Today I thought I'd show you a layout I did a few weeks ago for "Scrappy-Go-Lucky". (Some of you have probably already seen it over there.)

Look at those beautiful dresses in the photo’s, they added all the colour I really needed for this layout. I just created simple embellishments to highlight the pictures.
The oval frame is cut using Happily Ever After.  Now that I can cut my own Doilies, you will probably see them on a lot of my creations…..I just love them! This one is French Pastry.

Mothers day bouquet was used to cut the flowers.  The butterflies are cut using Martha Stewart all Occasion Cake.
The paper is Kaiser "Airy Fairy".
Cutting all your own embellishment is so much fun………..add some glitter , pearls etc. , so easy!

At the moment "Scappy-Go-Lucky" is having a stock take sale.......all the Doily dies are 10% off. Check them out HERE.

See you again soon

Cinderella

Hi everyone,
I've used the cartridge "Happily Ever After" to make this dress card to enter in " Emma's Throwback Thursday challenge" . We are to use an older cartridge of our choice, I think I'm late, oh well , thought I'd show you anyway! I used design studio to weld it together at the shoulders. The card stock I've used has a real shimmer to it which makes it look pretty, its hard to see that in the photo.

Have a great day

Throwback Thursday Challenge

I love this time of the week.........I get to create something for "Emma's Throwback Thursday " challenge. The theme this week is "Princess". I have drawn Cinderella at 4in onto water color paper with the black Cri-Kit gel pen and used Stampin Up water color crayons to color her in. There's a little glitter on her shoe's, hair and rose...........its hard to see that in the photo.

Bye 4 now...........Tracey

Jitterbuggin'

I am really having a lot of fun with challenges..............Today I have a card to show you that I have entered in the Jitterbuggin' challenge. The theme  is "Wild Thing".
The rules are.......Follow the sketch, use stripes and put a cricut animal on your card.
The mice are from  the cartridge Happily ever After.......they are suppose to be two boys, but I decide to have one as a girl! They are Jitterbuggin' to the song "Wild Thing"!!??

Thanks 4 stopping by..........

For a Friend................

Just a quick post for today........I covered this journal with paper from a K& Company stack. The frame with blossoms is from "Happily Ever After". Tiny pearls are set in the centre of the flowers. I'm giving this book to a friend........she tends to like things with an Asian look and I like Shabby chic.........so I think I've mixed both styles a bit here! What do you think?
