Rain Rain Go Away.......

April Showers is the theme for "Stuck on U Sketches" this Friday.
I have so much fun with these die cut challenges.....using cartridges that have not seen the light of day for a little while:)

LOOK.... the perfect photos..............It rained so heavy that part of our backyard flooded! As you can see, my son had so much fun playing in all the water.

Here are a few close ups of some of the die cuts.

I can't remember the last time I saw a lovely green tree frog ! In Queensland we have lots of Cane Toads..........so this little guy is one of them. I tryed to make him  pretty ugly, just like the real thing! LOL.

These are the cricut cartridges I used..........

Rain Rain Go Away , Child and duck - Nursery Rhymes
Sun and Clouds - Create a Critter
Frog - Four Legged Friends
Scallop border - Art Philosopy
Fence - Heritage

I hope you can join us for this challenge........I look forward to seeing what you create:)

The weather forecast for the weekend is rain...........I hope they are wrong.

Enjoy your weekend
Happy Creating

Birthday Sundaes

Mary, Mary quite contrary how does your garden grow?

I thought this image would be perfect for our Spring themed challenge this week at "Birthday Sundaes".

I used Nursery Rhymes cartridge for the girl and Heritage for the white fence. The scallop edge paper was cut with Lacy Labels. The crinkle ribbon I dyed  to match the card, some little pearl sprays just make it look pretty........ I think you can just see them in the photo.

Come join us.........Create a Birthday Card with a Spring theme.
Head over to "Birthday Sundaes" and play along .
Have a great weekend
